Dr. Lowney, Jr. is a graduate of both Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and UMass Memorial Family and Community Health residency in Worcester, MA. His background includes hospital, SNF and home care. Dr. Lowney, Jr. concentrated in community health and sports medicine in his residency and has continued that into his practice. Currently Dr. Lowney, Jr. manages New Edge Telehealth in addition to his outpatient practice. His scope of practice also includes general medicine, acute and chronic care management, and musculoskeletal pain management. As a board certified family physician he can treat pediatric, adults and geriatric patients.
